WP Remix 2.0 has finally been released and I got a sneak preview as part of the Beta Testers. The first time I discovered WPRemix I was pretty psyched, but there were many features that were lacking. The NEW version is amazing, and really blew me away at how easy it is to turn Wordpress into a CMS.
I created a video review of WPRemix 2.0 for you to see exactly how advanced the new version is.
OLD VERSION
- No way to use the wysiwyg with anything but blog posts
- Can’t use same template twice unless you copy it
- Not enough flexibility for sidebars and headers
NEW VERSION
- One click upload to WYSIWYG
- Three times the templates
- 5 Headers and 7 Sidebar Templates
- Cleaner CSS Files
